About Molly Bremer

Molly is a passionate Registered Dietitian who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders through an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® lens. She realized her appreciation for individualized nutrition after she enrolled in a nutrition counseling course during college. As a natural people-person, she revels in the opportunity to talk with others about their relationship to food. Her goal is to help her clients embrace their unique and deeply personal food journey in order to work together to forge a path that feels right for them.

Molly has a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise (HNFE) with a concentration in Behavioral and Community Science and an undergraduate degree in HNFE with a concentration in dietetics from Virginia Tech. Molly completed her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia, which had a strong clinical emphasis that helped her learn about nutrition support (i.e. feeding tubes) and pediatrics. After leaving Charlottesville, she interned at the Partnership for a Healthier America, a federal nonprofit. Soon after she joined the wonderful Mind Body Health team—seeing clients and speaking at local schools and universities.

A Northern Virginia native, Molly has always appreciated the food scene and proximity to DC. When she is not working with clients, Molly enjoys exploring hiking trails, listening to podcasts, riding her bike, eating yummy food around DC, and going on adventures with friends.

Reviews

“I have been seeing Molly Bremer since January and cannot say enough amazing things about her. She has beyond exceeded expectations with how incredibly helpful she's been regarding my nutrition concerns but also so much more! She is professional, thoughtful, hard-working, and completely gets what activities and discussions benefit me most. She is one of, if not my favorite, person I've ever worked with in a counseling capacity (and I've seen so many people!). Thank you Molly!”
