At Mind Body Health, we offer comprehensive services to provide a more holistic experience in improving your health. We provide psychotherapy and nutrition services with providers who are highly specialized and experts in their respective fields.
Many of our clients choose to alternate services seeing a psychologist one week and a dietitian the following week. As clients see an improvement in their well-being, they spread their appointments out further such that they’re meeting with the psychologist once a month and the dietitian once a month to maintain their progress.
For those who are only interested in nutrition services or only in psychotherapy services, we are happy to set you up with an appointment to see someone in that specific area of expertise. Similarly to those seeking both services, if you’re only working with a psychologist or a dietitian, we recommend coming in to see your provider weekly for the first 3-4 weeks, and then if we are seeing improvements in your well-being, we will recommend coming every other week or once a month for maintenance thereafter.
