Working Professionals
The demands of modern work life can be overwhelming, leading to stress, burnout, and decreased job satisfaction. Mental health counseling can provide valuable support for working professionals, helping them manage stress, improve work-life balance, and enhance overall well-being.
About
We find that many of our clients who struggle with demanding careers can struggle with balancing their commitment to other parts of their life as well. Work-life balance can be difficult to achieve when we can be connected to work 24/7 through electronics and devices.
Through our evidence-based strategies with clients, we’ll begin to understand what matters most to you in your life. Some examples might be career, health, romantic relationships, friendships, hobbies, faith, etc. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), we will help you cope with work-related stress and help you find your way back to all the things that matter most to you.
We can help you tackle job-specific stressors such as time management, dealing with a difficult coworker or boss, We can also help you discover if the career or job you’re in is right for you. And if not, we can help you figure out how to navigate your way to a new career.
Our clients often present with the following concerns:
- Anxiety
- Depression
