Jenna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in treating eating disorders and disordered eating. She also specializes in helping with meal planning, overcoming chronic dietiting, nutrition for mental health, and medical nutrition therapy. She uses a Health At Every Size ® approach and intuitive eating framework to support her clients in improving their relationships with food and feeling at home in their bodies. Jenna encourages her clients to connect with their bodies’ needs and learn to respond to them with curiosity, compassion, and openness, as opposed to diet culture messages of rigidity and judgment.
When not seeing clients, Jenna can be found trying new restaurants and recipes, reading fiction books, drinking coffee, and hanging out with her dog, Finley.
Jenna has a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jenna completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan, during which she participated in supervised practice experiences in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient care for eating disorders. Through these experiences and practicing as an outpatient dietitian, Jenna has become passionate about working as a weight inclusive provider.
