About Brittany Kern, RDN, MS, CEDRD

Britt Kern, MS, RDN, CEDRD is a registered dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. With a compassionate and holistic approach, she is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a healthy and balanced relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.

Britt holds a degree in nutrition and dietetics and is licensed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Her previous experience spans high-level care settings, including inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Her passion for this work stems from her belief that everyone deserves to experience joy and freedom around food. She understands that recovery is a deeply personal journey, and she is committed to providing personalized care that meets each individual’s unique needs.

In her practice, Britt works closely with her clients to help them understand and challenge harmful food beliefs, develop a positive body image, and establish nourishing eating patterns that support their overall health and well-being. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, she will work with you towards your recovery, building a sustainable relationship with food that honors your physical, emotional, and psychological health.
